摘要
基于曼尼希反应和环氧季铵盐开环反应的绿色制备策略构建了具有高分离功能的新型荷正纳滤膜,采用FTIR,XPS,SEM等方法对制备的纳滤膜进行表征,测试了纳滤膜的表面性质及渗透分离性能,并与传统商业纳滤膜进行比较。实验结果表明,所制备的纳滤膜在0.3 MPa下对自来水的水通量达82.5 L/(m^(2)·h),对盐离子的截留率为71.0%,且保留有益矿物质。相比传统聚酰胺膜,该纳滤膜无需界面聚合过程中的有机相步骤,兼具高透水性、高效分离和环境友好的特性,为健康饮用水净化提供了低成本且极具工业应用前景的解决方案。
A green fabrication strategy based on the Mannich reaction and epoxy-quaternary ammonium salt ring-opening reaction was employed to construct a novel positively charged nanofiltration membrane with high separation performance.The prepared nanofiltration membrane was characterized by FTIR,XPS,and SEM,and its surface properties and permeation-separation performance were evaluated and compared with conventional commercial nanofiltration membranes.The experimental results show that the prepared nanofiltration membrane achieves a water flux of 82.5 L/(m^(2)·h)and a salt rejection rate of 71.0%for tap water at 0.3 MPa,while beneficial minerals are retained.Compared with traditional polyamide membranes,the prepared membrane does not require an organic-phase step in the traditional interfacial polymerization process and exhibits high water permeability,efficient separation performance,and environmental friendliness.This membrane provides a low-cost and industrially promising solution for healthy drinking water purification.
