摘要
羧酸-磺酸-非离子三元共聚物TH-3100是一种无毒、可完全生物降解的大分子聚合物,本研究首次将其作为抑制剂用于萤石、白云石与方解石的浮选分离。通过单矿物浮选试验,对比分析了水玻璃、可溶性淀粉、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠和TH-3100对萤石、白云石和方解石浮选效果的影响。结果表明:TH-3100在低用量条件下表现出了较强的抑制能力和选择性,当TH-3100用量为3 mg/L时,萤石、白云石和方解石浮选回收率分别为81.25%,5.31%和12.53%;CaF2品位为26.18%、CaCO3品位为20.84%的萤石矿,经“1粗1扫8精”的浮选流程,可以获得品位为90.62%、回收率为69.07%的萤石精矿。
The carboxylic acid-sulfonic acid-nonionic terpolymer TH-3100 is a non-toxic and fully biodegradable macromolecular polymer.It was used as an inhibitor for the flotation separation of fluorite,dolomite and calcite for the first time in this study.The effects of water glass,soluble starch,ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid sodium and TH-3100 on the flotation behavior of fluorite,dolomite and calcite were compared and analyzed by single mineral flotation test.The results showed that TH-3100 showed strong inhibition and selectivity at low dosage.When the dosage of TH-3100 was 3 mg/L,the flotation recovery rates of fluorite,dolomite and calcite were 81.25%,5.31%and 12.53%,respectively.when the fluorite ore is CaF2 grade of 26.18%and CaCO3 grade of 20.84%,by the flotation process of one roughing,one scavenging and eight cleaning,and the fluorite concentrate with grade of 90.62%and recovery of 69.07%can be obtained.
