摘要
目的 总结游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复手足中小创面的临床效果。方法 对2016年9月-2023年11月收治的16例手足部中小面积皮肤软组织缺损采用游离腓肠内侧穿支皮瓣修复。皮瓣供区均选用对侧小腿,观察皮瓣成活情况,术后随访观察皮瓣外观、感觉、供区恢复及并发症发生情况。结果 术后16例皮瓣均成活,受区创面完全覆盖,皮瓣外观良好,质地柔软,供区创面均一期缝合,留有线性瘢痕,无明显供区功能损失。平均随访(12±3)个月,末次随访时皮瓣感觉恢复至S2~S3。结论该皮瓣血供丰富,血管解剖恒定,血管蒂长,皮瓣厚度适中,外形美观,供区损伤小,适宜修复手足部中小创面。
Objective To summarize the clinical outcomes of free transplantation and repair of small to medium-sized hand and foot wounds using the medial sural artery perforator flap.Methods From September 2016 to November 2023,this method was used to repair 16 cases of small to medium-sized skin and soft tissue defects,The flap donor site was always the contralateral lower leg.The survival status of the flaps was observed,and postoperative follow-up included evaluation of the appearance,sensation,recovery of the donor area,and occurrence of complications.Results All 16 cases were completely viable,with the recipient areas fully covered.The appearance of the flaps was good,and they felt soft.The donor area wounds were all sutured in one stage,leaving linear scars without significant functional loss in the donor area.The average follow-up period was(12±3)months.At the final follow-up,the sensation in the flap had recovered to S2-S3.Conclusion This flap has abundant blood supply,stable vascular anatomy,a long pedicle,moderate thickness,and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.It causes minimal damage to the donor area,making it suitable for repairing small to medium-sized hand and foot wounds.
