多花黑麦草对土壤重金属铅镉锌钴的吸附影响

The Adsorption Effect of Lolium multiflorum Lam.on Heavy Metals Lead,Cadmium,Zinc and Cobalt in Soil

摘要 为探究多花黑麦草对湖南岳阳某地区重金属污染土壤的修复潜力及对铅、镉、锌、钴的吸附特性,本研究以岳阳某地区污染农田为试验地,分析多花黑麦草不同生育期、不同部位对4种重金属的富集与分配规律,以及连续种植茬数对土壤重金属含量的影响。结果表明:多花黑麦草对镉具有较强富集能力,富集系数达1.23~1.86,且主要富集于茎叶部位;铅、钴主要分布于根系,富集系数均低于1;锌在植株各部位均有分布,茎叶中含量略高于根系。随着种植茬数增加,土壤中铅、镉、锌、钴含量呈显著下降趋势,其中镉含量降幅最大,3茬种植后较初始值下降32.7%,铅、锌、钴分别下降21.5%、18.9%、15.3%,且多花黑麦草收割后可作为合格牧草(重金属含量符合GB 13078-2017标准)。本研究为岳阳某地区重金属污染农田的植物修复与资源化利用提供了理论依据与实践参考。 To explore the phytoremediation potential of Lolium multiflorum Lam.in heavy metal-contaminated soil from a region in Yueyang,Hunan Province,as well as its adsorption characteristics of lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),zinc(Zn)and cobalt(Co),this study was conducted in contaminated farmland of the study area.The accumulation and distribution patterns of the four heavy metals in different growth periods and plant parts of Lolium multiflorum Lam.were analyzed,along with the impacts of successive cropping on soil heavy metal contents.The results showed that Lolium multiflorum Lam.exhibited strong Cd accumulation capacity,with bioconcentration factors(BCF)ranging from 1.23 to 1.86,and Cd was mainly accumulated in stems and leaves.Pb and Co were primarily distributed in roots,with their bioconcentration factors both below 1.Zn was detected in all plant parts,and its content in stems and leaves was slightly higher than that in roots.With the increase of successive cropping times,the contents of Pb,Cd,Zn and Co in soil showed a significant downward trend.Among these heavy metals,Cd content presented the largest decrease,which was 32.7%lower than the initial value after three successive croppings,while the contents of Pb,Zn and Co decreased by 21.5%,18.9%and 15.3%,respectively.In addition,the harvested Lolium multiflorum Lam.could be used as qualified forage,since its heavy metal contents met the criteria specified in the national standard GB 13078-2017.This study provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the phytoremediation and resource utilization of heavy metal-contaminated farmland in the region of Yueyang.
