焊接参数对镀锌板低功率激光-MIG复合焊电弧行为的影响

Effect of Welding Parameters on Arc Behavior of Low-power Laser-MIG Composite Welding of Galvanized Sheet

摘要 镀锌板MIG焊接时镀锌层的大量蒸发会降低电弧的稳定性并增加焊缝缺陷,恶化其使用性能和寿命。为了解决此问题,搭建低功率激光诱导MIG电弧复合焊接系统,使用Cu Si3焊丝作为填充材料,对镀锌板了进行搭接焊。研究了加入激光前后的电弧行为,确定了复合焊最优参数。结果表明:采用单独MIG电弧焊接时,大量锌蒸汽从电弧底部向外喷发,导致电弧边缘上翘,降低电弧稳定性;复合焊接时电弧呈“倒喇叭”状,形状完整无边缘上翘现象,电弧十分稳定;光丝间距D_(lw)介于1.0~2.0 mm、激光功率P>100 W时,激光功率越大,电弧越稳定。本研究对镀锌板的高质量焊接的发展及理论丰富具有重要意义。 During MIG welding of galvanized sheets,the significant evaporation of the zinc coating reduces the stability of the arc and increases weld defects,thereby deteriorating its usability and lifespan.To address this issue,a low-power laser-induced MIG arc hybrid welding system was established using CuSi3 wire as filler material for lap welding of galvanized sheets.The behavior of the arc before and after introducing the laser was investigated and the optimal parameters for hybrid welding were identified.The results show that during standalone MIG arc welding,a large amount of zinc vapor emits from the bottom of the arc,causing the arc to be unstable and exhibiting edge curling.In contrast,during hybrid welding,the arc exhibits a"trumpet"shape,with no edge curling and exceptional stability.When the distance between the wires(D_(lw))ranges from 1.0 to 2.0 mm and the laser power(P)exceeds 100 W,higher laser power results in a more stable arc.This study is of great significance for the development and theoretical enrichment of high quality welding of galvanized sheet.
