摘要
在“第二个结合”视域下,中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化、创新性发展(简称“两创”)已成为赋能中国式现代化建设的关键路径。基于现有文献与政策实践,立足于中华优秀传统文化“两创”的核心价值与精神内涵,指出目前“两创”实践在话语转译、技术适配与多元协同方面面临多维挑战,并提出以“价值锚定-话语重塑-技术嵌入-治理协同”为核心的四维策略框架,为构建中华优秀传统文化“两创”发展路径提供参照与实践策略。
Under the perspective of the Second Integration,the creative transformation and innovative development(CTID)of Chinese excellent traditional culture has emerged as a pivotal pathway empowering the advancement of Chinese modernization.Based on existing literature and policy practices,the paper examines the core values and spiritual connotations of CTID.Multidimensional challenges are identified in current practices,particularly concerning discourse translation,technological adaptation,and multi-stakeholder collaboration.A four-dimensional strategic framework is proposed,centered on value anchoring,discourse reconstruction,technology embedding,and governance coordination,which may serve as a reference and practical approach for constructing the development paths of CTID.
