摘要
功率传感器校准中通常使用两电阻功分器,其等效源匹配是一项关键参数。本文针对该参数的测量方法存在一定局限性的现状,提出一种利用二端口矢量网络分析仪进行测量的方法,并采用现有设备检验方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法的测量值均小于厂家给出的指标值,在部分频点非常接近理论值;多组测量值间的一致性较好。同时,仅需一台普通的二端口矢量网络分析仪,即可实现简单快捷的测量过程,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In power sensor calibration,a two resistor power splitter is commonly used,with its equivalent source match being a key parameter.This paper addresses the current limitations in the measurement methods for this parameter by proposing a technique utilizing a two-port vector network analyzer.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified using existing equipment.The results demonstrate that all measured values are below the manufacturer's specified limits,with some frequency points closely approaching theoretical values.Additionally,the consistency among multiple sets of measurements is favorable.Notably,only a standard two-port vector network analyzer is required to achieve a simple and efficient measurement process,making it highly valuable for practical application and widespread adoption.
