摘要
在压力容器制造领域,鞍式支座应用广泛但结构多样,其涂敷面积核算存在复杂性高、工作负担重等问题。精准核算涂敷面积,是涂敷工序实现涂料采购优化、用量精准控制和工时定额科学制定的关键,对提升工序能效具有重要意义。以鞍式支座的结构型式及构件为切入点,系统分析其涂敷面积构成,通过对核算方法的规范化梳理与优化,提出一种通用的鞍式支座涂敷面积核算方法。可行性分析验证结果与工程应用实践表明,该方法实用价值良好,可有效支撑技术管理人员开展鞍式支座涂敷作业的精益化提升工作,为企业精益生产目标落地提供助力。
In the field of pressure vessel manufacturing,saddle supports are widely used yet feature diverse structures,leading to high complexity and a heavy workload in calculating their coating areas.Accurate calculation of coating area is the key to optimizing coating procurement,precisely controlling coating consumption,and scientifically formulating man-hour quotas in the coating process,which is of great significance for improving process efficiency.Taking the structural types and components of saddle supports as the starting point,this paper systematically analyzed the composition of their coating areas and proposed a universal method for calculating the coating area of saddle supports through standardized sorting and optimization of calculation methods.Feasibility analysis results and engineering application practice show that this method has good practical value,can effectively support technical managers in carrying out lean improvement of saddle support coating operations,and provide assistance for enterprises to achieve lean manufacturing goals.
