25份薏苡种质的外观品质和营养品质综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation on Appearance and Nutritional Quality in 25 Coix lacryma-jobi Germplasms

摘要 为全面、客观地评价薏苡品质,以25份薏苡种质为材料,通过主成分分析(PCA)结合变异系数筛选核心评价指标,采用熵权法确定其客观权重,利用灰色关联度分析法(GRA)建立综合评价模型并对种质进行排序,辅以聚类分析为其综合利用提供规划。结果表明,基于PCA从11项指标中提取果实百粒重、出仁率、淀粉含量和支链淀粉含量等4个核心指标,其权重分别为25.48%、21.98%、29.62%和22.92%。灰色关联度分析表明,云野7号、YY03-06和文薏3号综合品质位居前三。聚类分析将25份种质划分为四大类群:第Ⅰ类群(高蛋白-糯性品系)、第Ⅱ类群(高产-优质加工品系)、第Ⅲ类群(高油专用品系)和第Ⅳ类群(均衡型品系)。 To conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the quality of Coix lacryma-jobi,25 Coix lacryma-jobi germplasms were selected as the materials.Through principal component analysis(PCA)combined with coefficient of variation,core evaluation indicators were screened.The entropy weight method was used to determine the objective weights.The grey correlation degree analysis method(GRA)was employed to establish a comprehensive evaluation model and rank the varieties.Cluster analysis was also used to provide rules for their comprehensive utilization.The results showed that based on PCA,4 core indicators were extracted from 11 indicators,namely fruit 100-grain weight,germ extraction rate,starch content and amylose content,with their weights being 25.48%,21.98%,29.62% and 22.92%,respectively.The grey correlation degree analysis indicated that Yunye No.7,YY03-06 and Wenyi No.3 ranked in the top 3 in terms of comprehensive quality.Cluster analysis divided the 25 varieties into 4 major groups:Group Ⅰ(high protein-waxy varieties),Group Ⅱ(high yield-high-quality processing varieties),Group Ⅲ(high oil-specific varieties),and GroupⅣ(balanced varieties).
