摘要
目的探讨国内手术机器人在神经外科领域中的研究和应用现状。方法检索2005年1月至2025年8月中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网发表的神经外科手术机器人相关文献,采用CiteSpace软件分析该领域研究有重大贡献的机构、研究者、发文量变化趋势、研究热点等。结果共纳入231篇文献,发文量自2017年起呈快速增长趋势。该领域的机构间合作较少,当前研究热点集中在人工智能、帕金森病、脑出血等领域。结论当前神经外科机器人正致力于拓宽机器人治病的范围,随着人工智能技术的发展,国内手术机器人在神经外科领域中的研究和应用将实现智能化。
Objective To explore the current research and application status of domestic surgical robots in the field of neurosurgery.Methods The relevant literature on surgical robots in neurosurgery published on CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP from January 2005 to August 2025 were searched.Using the CiteSpace software,were the institutions,researchers,publication volume trends,and research hotspots that made significant contributions in this field analyzed.Results A total of 231 articles were included.The number of published papers had shown a rapid growth trend since 2017.In this field,there was relatively little inter-institutional cooperation.The current research focuses were mainly on areas such as artificial intelligence,Parkinson’s disease,and cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion Today,neurosurgical robots are striving to expand the scope of their treatment capabilities.Moreover,with the development of artificial intelligence technology,the research and application of domestic surgical robots in neurosurgery will achieve intelligence.
