摘要
中国“双碳”目标的提出决定了中国建筑建设及使用的可持续发展方向,建筑照明能耗作为建筑总能耗的重要组成部分,其节能成效直接影响“双碳”目标推进进程。本文基于实际工程实践,结合计算机技术与智能控制手段,在调研商业楼宇、公共建筑等典型场景照明能耗现状及节能需求的基础上,开展了多组照明节能改造实践验证。选取15万㎡大型商业综合体、9.2万㎡办公建筑及城市地下停车场三类典型场景实施改造,结果显示:综合应用LED高效灯具与智能控制系统的节能技术,可使建筑照明能耗降低35%~60%,对应实现碳减排28%~45%。研究成果为建筑行业通过照明节能技术推进“双碳”目标实现提供了可落地的实践路径与数据支撑。
The proposal of China's"dual carbon"goals has determined the sustainable development direction of China's construction and building use.As an important component of total building energy consumption,lighting energy consumption directly affects the progress of achieving the"dual carbon"goals.Based on practical engineering experience and combining computer technology with intelligent control methods,this paper conducts multiple sets of lighting energy-saving retrofitting practice verification by investigating the current status of lighting energy consumption and energy-saving needs in typical scenarios such as commercial buildings and public buildings.Three typical scenarios were selected for retrofitting:a 150000 m2 large commercial complex,a 92000 m2 office building,and an urban underground parking lot.The results show that the comprehensive application of LED high-efficiency lighting and intelligent control system energy-saving technologies can reduce building lighting energy consumption by 35%to 60%,corresponding to a 28%to 45%reduction in carbon emissions.The research findings provide actionable practical paths and data support for the construction industry to achieve the"dual carbon"goals through lighting energy-saving technologies.
