摘要
通过使用MIKE21水动力软件对我国某近海核电厂址排放的液态流出物开展了数值模拟研究,基于海域流场的数学建模,研究了液态流出物的稀释扩散规律,比较了不同排放方案下液态流出物的稀释扩散效果及公众辐射影响。结果表明,近海厂址的液态流出物不掺混排放至海域时,其排口处部分核素活度浓度无法满足海水水质标准,因此,需要将液态流出物同厂址的二次循环冷却水掺混后进行排放,在此基础上,采用间歇排放的方式时能够进一步优化液态流出物的稀释效果,降低其对公众的辐射剂量。基于本文的研究结果,推荐近海核电厂的液态流出物采用掺混间歇排放的方式。
The numerical simulation study on the liquid effluent discharged from a coastal nuclear power plant site using the MIKE21 hydrodynamic software was conducted.Based on mathematical modeling of the ocean current field,the study investigates the dilution and diffusion patterns of the liquid effluent,and compared the dilution and diffusion effects as well as the public radiation exposure associated with different discharge scenarios.The results indicate that when liquid effluent from the coastal site is directly discharged into the sea without mixing,the activity concentrations of certain nuclides at the discharge outlet fail to meet the seawater quality standards.Therefore,it is necessary to mix the liquid effluent with the secondary circulating cooling water at the site before discharge.Furthermore,adopting an intermittent discharge method can further optimize the dilution effect and reduce the radiation dose to the public.Based on these findings,it is recommended that coastal nuclear power plants adopt a combined approach of mixing and intermittent discharge for liquid effluent management.
