生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练促进产后盆底康复疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training in Promoting Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

摘要 目的 探讨生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练对产后盆底康复的应用疗效。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月于黄冈市中心医院就诊的156例产后盆底功能障碍产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,研究组接受生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练,对照组仅予常规护理,比较两组治疗前后的盆底表面肌电评估指标及盆底功能评分。结果 治疗后,研究组的快速收缩阶段最大值、紧张收缩阶段平均值、耐力收缩阶段平均值及盆底功能评分方面均高于对照组(P<0.05);而前静息阶段平均值与后静息阶段平均值则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练可有效增强盆底肌力,改善盆底功能,其疗效优于单一常规护理,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods A total of 156 puerperae with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were treated in Huanggang Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group by the random number table method.The study group received biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,while the control group was only given routine nursing care.The pelvic floor surface electromyography evaluation indexes and pelvic floor function scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the maximum value of the rapid contraction phase,the average value of the tonic contraction phase,the average value of the endurance contraction phase and the pelvic floor function score of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);while the average value of the pre-rest phase and the average value of the post-rest phase were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can effectively enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength and improve the pelvic floor function,and its curative effect is superior to single routine nursing care,which has clinical promotion value.
