摘要
随着社会压力增大及生活方式改变,乳痛症患病率逐渐升高,西医虽有治疗药物,但效果有限,且存在较显著的不良反应。清代温病学家叶天士继承前人治痛之法,衍生出“久痛入络”理论。本文以“络病学说”为基础,对“久痛入络”理论进一步阐释,在此基础上认为循行于乳房的相关经络阻滞不通是乳痛症的主要病因,治则应以通法贯穿始终。基于“久痛入络”理论阐述乳痛症的中医发病机制及相关治法,为从中医络病学角度认识与防治该病提供新思路。
With increase of social pressure and lifestyle change,prevalence rate of mastodynia is gradually increasing,although western medicine has treatment drugs,effect is limited,and there are significant adverse reactions.Qing Dynasty,warm disease expert Ye Tianshi has inherited previous method of treating pain,and has derived“prolonged pain entering collaterals”theory.This article is based on“collaterals disease”,further elaborates on“prolonged pain entering collaterals”theory,on this basis,is believed that blockage of relevant meridians that follow breast is the main pathogeny of mastodynia,principle of treatment should be carried out through general method.Based on“prolonged pain entering collaterals”theory,expounds pathogenesis and related treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in mastodynia,provides a new idea for understanding and preventing the disease from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine collateral disease.
