摘要
文章针对农村供水安全面临的水源不足、设施薄弱、管理粗放、水质波动问题,分析现状与核心挑战,提出水源保障、设施升级、管理优化、水质管控的安全保障措施,进而从智慧感知、管理、服务、应急维度,阐述农村供水智慧化建设思路,提升农村供水安全水平。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient water sources,weak facilities,extensive management and water quality fluctuations in rural water supply safety,this paper analyzes the current situation and core challenges,proposes safety guarantee measures including water source protection,facility upgrading,management optimization and water quality control,and then expounds the construction ideas of rural water supply intelligent from the dimensions of intelligent perception,management,service and emergency response,thereby enhancing the safety level of rural water supply.
