摘要
文章结合企业实践,提出以标准化数据库为基础、智能成本管控系统为核心引擎,构建覆盖“基础数据层—核心引擎层—功能应用层—决策优化层”的闭环管理体系。该体系通过数据贯通、流程再造与系统联动,有效提升了预算编制效率、成本控制精度与项目核算水平。
Based on practical enterprise experience,the paper proposes to build a closed-loop management system covering"basic data layer-core engine layer-functional application layer-decision optimization layer"with a standardized database as the foundation and intelligent budgeting management and control systems as the core engine.Through data integration,process reengineering and system interconnectivity,this system has effectively enhanced the efficiency of budget preparation,the accuracy of cost control and the level of project accounting.
