摘要
目的探讨助产士主导的分娩期全流程护理在经阴道分娩初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2025年3月在合肥市第一人民医院行经阴道分娩的产妇78例,按入院顺序分为参照组和研究组,各39例。参照组采用常规助产护理,研究组在参照组基础上实施助产士主导的分娩期全流程护理。比较两组分娩结局、产程、分娩恐惧及满意度。结果两组分娩结局比较无差异(P>0.05)。研究组第一、第二、第三产程均短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组对胎儿健康的恐惧、对产痛伤害的恐惧、对自我控制的恐惧及对医疗护理的恐惧评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量、分娩期间经历的压力、产妇个人属性评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士主导的分娩期全流程护理可有效缩短初产妇产程,减轻分娩恐惧,提高初产妇满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period in primiparas with transvaginal delivery.Methods A total of 78 primiparas who underwent transvaginal delivery in the First People’s Hospital of Zunyi from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional midwifery nursing,while the study group received the midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period on the basis of the reference group.The delivery outcomes,labor process,fear of delivery,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the delivery outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of fear of fetal health,fear of the harm of labor pain,fear of self-control,and fear of medical nursing in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of nursing,the stress experienced during delivery,and the personal attributes of primiparas in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period can effectively shorten the labor process of primiparas,reduce delivery fear,and improve the satisfaction of primiparas.
