基于可再生能源技术的电压安全管理研究

摘要 针对高渗透可再生能源涉网下的电压安全管理问题,以某地区为例分析地区可再生能源并网现状及问题,如对电网潮流、电网电压的影响,找到涉网消纳过程中电压无功等方面的薄弱环节;根据国家相关文件提出高渗透可再生能源涉网背景下地区电网的并网安全管理措施,制定相关制度,检查整改,动态跟踪问题,优化AVC系统策略三级电压控制等;选取典型的可再生能源场站及相关变电站,实施提出的并网安全管理措施,分析实际运行情况和效果,验证所提出的可再生能源技术电压安全管理的必要性和可行性。 In response to the voltage safety management issues with the renewable power remarkably connected to the power grids,an analysis is carried out on the current status and issues of regional renewable power connected to the power grid by taking a certain region as an example,such as its impact on power flow and grid voltage,so as to find out the weak points in voltage and reactive power during grid-connected consumption.According to relevant national documents,the specific grid connection safety management measures for regional power grids in the context of highly renewable power integrated are proposed,including formulating relevant systems,conducting inspections and rectifications,dynamically tracking issues,and optimizing AVC system strategy for three-level voltage control.Typical renewable energy stations and the related substations are selected to implement the proposed grid connection safety management measures,analyze the actual operation situation and effects,and verify the necessity and feasibility of the proposed renewable power technologyrelated voltage management.
