Ni元素含量对低合金钢焊缝熔敷金属力学性能的影响

摘要 在核反应堆压力容器的制造过程中,焊缝质量要求极其严格。低合金钢焊缝熔敷金属中Ni元素含量的差异会对焊缝性能产生影响,故分析Ni元素含量对低合金钢焊缝熔敷金属力学性能的影响是非常必要的。对同一焊材生产厂家、同类型、不同批次、不同Ni元素含量的低合金钢焊丝开展焊接试验,对熔敷金属性能进行对比分析。试验研究表明:当低合金钢焊缝熔敷金属中Ni元素含量为0.80%~0.82%时,焊缝的强度和韧性最佳。 The requirements for welding quality in the manufacturing process of nuclear reactor pressure vessel products are extremely strict.The difference of the Ni content in the weld deposited metal of low alloy steel can affect the weld performance.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the influence of Ni content on the mechanical properties of the weld deposited metal of low alloy steel.Welding tests were carried out on low alloy steel welding wires of the same type and from the same manufacturer but of different batches and with different Ni contents.The properties of the deposited metals were compared and analyzed.The test results show that when the Ni content in the weld deposited metal of low alloy steel is 0.80%~0.82%,the welds have the best strength and toughness.
