人工智能技术创新与现代农业高质量发展

Innovation in Artificial Intelligence Technology and High-quality Development of Modern Agriculture

摘要 选取我国30个省份2014—2023年的面板数据,分析人工智能技术创新对农业高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现:人工智能技术创新对农业高质量发展具有显著促进作用。机制检验表明,人工智能技术创新可通过数字新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展。空间效应检验表明,人工智能技术创新对农业高质量发展具有正向空间溢出效应。异质性分析发现,人工智能技术创新对东部地区、粮食主产区农业高质量发展的推动作用更强。基于此,提出释放人工智能技术创新潜能、加快数字新质生产力培育、制定差异化农业高质量发展策略的建议,希冀为加速推动农业高质量发展提供有益参考。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2023,this paper examines the impact and mechanism of artifi⁃cial intelligence technology innovation on the high-quality development of agriculture.The study found that artificial intelligence technology innovation has a significant role in promoting high-quality agricultural development.The mediating effect test shows that artificial intelli⁃gence technology innovation can empower high-quality agricultural development through digital new quality productivity.The spatial effect test shows that artificial intelligence technology innovation has a positive spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of agricul⁃ture.Heterogeneity analysis found that artificial intelligence technology innovation has a stronger role in promoting the high-quality develop⁃ment of agriculture in the eastern region and major grain producing areas.Based on this,it is proposed to release the potential of artificial in⁃telligence technology innovation,accelerate the cultivation of digital new productivity,and formulate differentiated agricultural high-quality development strategies,hoping to provide a useful reference for accelerating the high-quality development of agriculture.
