摘要
龙江森工作为大型国有生态公益性企业,践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念实践落地是其使命,在实现生态经济协调发展的探索中,坚持“生态立企、产业富企”并行方针,各林业局有限公司、各专业公司生态产业基本形成规模,将生态价值合理转化为经济价值变为现实,但由于对理论探索不够深入,实践中存在堵点和难点。针对龙江森工现阶段生态经济发展的现状及存在的问题,在实地调研、访谈、系统分析基础上,为龙江森工在生态治理、产业优化升级、高质量发展等方面提出可行性建议。
As a large state-owned ecological public welfare enterprise,Longjiang Forest Industry Group is entrusted with the mission of implementing the concept that"lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets."In its exploration of coordinated ecological and economic development,the group adheres to the parallel strategy of"establishing the enterprise through ecology and enriching it through industries."Ecological industries of various forestry bureau limited companies and professional subsidiaries have basically taken shape,effectively transforming ecological value into economic value.However,insufficient in-depth theoretical exploration has led to bottlenecks and difficulties in practical implementation.Based on field investigations,interviews,and systematic analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Longjiang Forest Industry's ecological economic development at this stage,this study puts forward feasible suggestions for the group in ecological governance,industrial optimization and upgrading,and high-quality development.
