摘要
数字经济发展对中国实现产业链现代化发挥重要作用。根据2012—2023年间我国30个省区的面板数据,研究数字经济水平对中国产业链现代化的影响。通过固定效应及中介效应的实证分析发现,数字经济发展水平对我国产业链现代化有显著提升作用,该结论在经过多重稳健性检验后仍成立。异质性分析表明,数字经济发展水平对各地区产业链现代化提升具有促进作用,不同数字发展水平对产业链现代化的影响效果存在差异。中介效应检验发现,新质生产力是影响产业链现代化的关键中介变量,数字经济可通过提高新质生产力来提升产业链现代化水平。为此,提出构建创新发展体系、壮大新质生产力、制定差异化区域发展战略等政策建议。
The development of the digital economy plays an important role in China's achievement of industrial chain modernization.Based on panel data from 30 provinces and regions in China between 2012 and 2023,this study examines the impact of the digital economy on the modernization of China's industrial chains.Empirical analysis using fixed effects and mediation effects shows that the level of digital economy development has a significant positive effect on the modernization of China's industrial chains,and this conclusion remains valid after multiple robustness checks.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the development level of the digital economy promotes the modernization of industrial chains across different regions,but the effect varies depending on the level of digital development.The mediation effect test finds that new quality productivity is a key mediating variable affecting industrial chain modernization,and the digital economy can enhance industrial chain modernization by improving new quality productivity.Accordingly,policy recommendations are proposed,including building an innovation-driven development system,strengthening new quality productivity,and formulating differentiated regional development strategies.
