高端装备制造卓越工程人才培养路径探索——以北京化工大学为例

Exploration of Pathways for Cultivating Outstanding Engineering Talent in High-Tech Equipment Manufacturing——Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an Example

摘要 在科技革新与产业转型的背景下,高端装备制造业对卓越工程人才的需求日益迫切。针对该领域人才培养面临的挑战,北京化工大学提出并实施了“一机两翼三新”高端装备制造卓越工程人才培养模式。该模式以机械为核心,聚焦高端装备绿色化、智能化、数字化趋势,通过建设学科交叉课程体系,拓宽学生的视野,增强学生解决复杂工程问题与跨领域合作的能力;依托科教融汇、产教融合的实践育人机制,促进科研成果向教学资源转化,激发教学创新活力,实现教育资源与产业需求的精准对接及资源优化配置;通过综合素养培育平台建设,深入探索新方向和新领域,使学生深刻理解新型产业形态和商业运营模式,为新专业的设置、新方向的探索以及新技术的应用提供切入点。实践表明,该模式在提升高端装备制造卓越工程人才培养质量方面取得了显著成效,为行业提供了具有前瞻性、实用性与可操作性的人才培养模式参考。 In the context of technological innovation and industrial transformation,high-tech equipment manufacturing creates an urgent need for outstanding engineering talent.Addressing the current challenges in talent training in this field,a"One Core,Two Wings,Three Innovations"model for cultivating high-tech equipment manufacturing talent has been proposed by Beijing University of Chemical Technology.This model centers on mechanical engineering,and focuses on the trends of greening,intelligentization,and digitization in high-tech equipment.Through constructing an interdisciplinary curriculum system,it broadens students'horizons and enhances their abilities to solve complex engineering problems and collaborate across fields.Relying on the practice-based education mechanism of science and education combined with industry-education collaboration,the model promotes the translation of research findings into teaching resources,stimulates the vitality of educational innovation,and achieves precise alignment and optimal allocation of educational resources with industry needs.Furthermore,by constructing a comprehensive competency development platform,it delves into emerging directions and industries,offering students profound insights into new industrial paradigms and operational models,thereby identifying actionable points for setting new disciplines,exploring new directions,and finding new applications.Practical results demonstrate that this model has significantly improved the quality of high-end equipment engineering talent cultivation,providing a forward-looking,practical,and operable talent cultivation model reference for the industry.
