摘要
人参皂苷作为人参的主要活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖、免疫调节等多种重要生物活性,在中医药、药学、保健食品及生物科技等领域受到研究者的广泛关注.吉林省作为我国人参种质资源与培养、人参种植及深加工的主产区,其人参皂苷技术产业化发展相较完善.该文综合介绍了国内外人参皂苷发展现状、人参皂苷提取与分离提纯技术方法,并以吉林省人参皂苷产业为例,分析了其在医药、肿瘤治疗、保健品等领域的技术推广与应用,探讨了人参皂苷技术产业化发展现状与未来发展建议.
As the main active ingredient of ginseng,ginsenoside has important biological activities such as antitumor,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,and immunomodulatory activities,and therefore has received extensive attention from researchers in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine,pharmacy,health food,and biotechnology.As the main production area of ginseng germplasm resources and cultivation,ginseng cultivation and deep processing in China,Jilin Province is relatively perfect in the industrialization of ginsenoside technology.This paper comprehensively introduces the development status of ginsenosides at home and abroad,ginsenoside extraction and separation and purification technology,and takes the ginsenoside industry in Jilin Province as an example to analyze the promotion and application of its technology in the fields of pharmaceuticals,tumor treatment,health care products,etc.,and it discusses the current status of industrialization of ginsenoside technology development as well as the suggestions for future development.
