摘要
本研究聚焦工业循环水系统管线内腐蚀问题,针对其在电力、化工等行业中的高风险特征,旨在通过系统监测、机理分析与策略优化,建立管线内腐蚀的精准防控体系。首先基于流体动力学与电化学理论,解析冲刷腐蚀、垢下腐蚀等典型机理的作用机制;其次结合超声波测厚等在线监测技术,在高风险区域(弯头、滞留区)构建多参数监测系统,获取腐蚀速率与环境参数的动态关联数据;通过水质分析与数值模拟,揭示流速、温度、水质组分对腐蚀的耦合影响规律;最终提出基于监测数据的分级防控策略与智能优化方案。研究成果可为循环水系统管线的长周期安全运行提供理论支撑与工程参考。
This study focuses on pipeline corrosion in industrial circulating water systems,addressing its high-risk characteristics in power and chemical industries.Through systematic monitoring,mechanistic analysis and strategy optimization,we aim to establish a precise prevention and control system for pipeline corrosion.Firstly,based on fluid dynamics and electrochemical theories,this paper elucidates the mechanisms of typical corrosion types such as erosion corrosion and under-deposit corrosion.Secondly,by integrating online monitoring technologies like ultrasonic thickness measurement,we construct multi-parameter monitoring systems in highrisk areas(bends and stagnant zones)to obtain dynamic correlation data between corrosion rates and environmental parameters.Through water quality analysis and numerical simulations,we reveal the coupled influence patterns of flow velocity,temperature and water composition on corrosion.Finally,we propose tiered prevention strategies and intelligent optimization schemes based on monitoring data.The research findings provide theoretical support and engineering references for ensuring long-term safe operation of circulating water system pipelines.
