摘要
针对开放型产教融合实践中心建设中存在的“重投入建设、轻效能评估”问题,基于共生理论与系统论,通过对天津市首批6个实践中心开展实证调研,构建了一套涵盖“共生性人才培养”“协同性技术服务”与“可持续性运营治理”3个一级维度、9个二级指标及28个三级指标的综合效能评估指标体系。该体系贯彻了系统性、导向性、可操作性、共生性与发展性五大构建原则,全面、量化地评估实践中心的建设成效与可持续发展能力,为职业院校实践中心的建设质量监控、绩效评价与迭代优化提供科学、可操作的工具与理论依据。
In response to the prevalent issue of“emphasizing construction investment over effectiveness evaluation”in the development of open industry-education integration practice centers,based on symbiosis theory and systems theory,an empirical investigation was conducted on the first batch of six practice centers in Tianjin.A comprehensive performance evaluation index system was constructed,covering three primary dimensions:“symbiotic talent cultivation”,“cooperative technical services”,and“sustainable operation governance”,along with nine secondary indicators and twenty-eight tertiary indicators.This system adheres to five construction principles:systematicness,orientation,operability,symbiosis,and development.It comprehensively and quantitatively assesses the construction effectiveness and sustainable development capabilities of practice centers,providing a scientific and operational tool and theoretical basis for the quality monitoring,performance evaluation,and iterative optimization of practice centers in vocational colleges.
