摘要
在“健康中国”战略与中医药振兴发展背景下,地方农林院校的中药学相关专业迎来重大发展机遇,同时也面临人才培养与产业需求对接的挑战。该文以信阳农林学院中草药栽培与鉴定专业的核心课程中药鉴定学为研究对象,针对传统教学中存在的理论与实践脱节、专业特色不显、学生内生动力不足等问题,系统构建多维实践竞赛体系、深度融入课程思政元素、创新运用传统文化、整合现代信息技术、强化校内实践基地应用及对接地方产业资源六大路径,全面重塑教学流程。实践表明,改革有效激发学生的学习兴趣与专业认同感,显著提升其岗位胜任力、实践创新能力与综合人文素养,为同类院校培养“一懂两爱”的高素质应用型中医药人才提供了可借鉴的范式。
Against the backdrop of the"Healthy China"strategy and the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine,the majors related to traditional Chinese medicine in local agricultural and forestry colleges are facing major development opportunities,and they are also facing the challenge of matching talent training with industrial needs.This paper takes the core course"Traditional Chinese Medicine Identification"of the Chinese herbal medicine cultivation and identification specialty of Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as the research object.Aiming at the problems existing in traditional teaching,such as the disconnect between theory and practice,the lack of professional characteristics,and the lack of endogenous motivation for students,we systematically build a multi-dimensional practice competition system,deep integration of ideological and political elements of the curriculum,innovative use of traditional culture,integration of modern information technology,strengthening the application of school practice bases and docking with local industrial resources,and comprehensively reshaping the teaching process.Practice has shown that the reform has effectively stimulated students'interest in learning and professional identity,significantly improved their job competence,practical innovation ability and comprehensive humanistic literacy,and provides a model for cultivating high-quality applied traditional Chinese medicine talents for similar colleges.
