公园、学校与住宅花境全周期精细化管控探究

摘要 文章系统探讨了花境在不同场景下的精细化营建体系。研究强调,应基于市政公园、学校和住宅区等不同场景的功能差异,对设计、施工与养护全过程实施有针对性的管控。在设计阶段,需兼顾生态、美学与成本,通过优选植物,以提升冬季观赏性并降低维护成本。施工阶段,应根据场地条件差异化地应用土壤改良、精准种植和智慧灌溉等措施。养护阶段,需建立数据驱动的动态管理机制,并结合社区参与,实现花境的长效治理。结论指出,未来花境的发展应依托数字化和生态化技术,构建标准化植物配置模块与智能养护平台,使花境成为增强城市生态韧性、促进人与自然和谐共生的重要绿色基础设施。 This paper systematically investigates the refined whole-lifecycle management system of flower borders across various contexts.The study emphasizes the necessity of implementing targeted management throughout the entire process of design,construction,and maintenance,based on the functional differences among municipal parks,schools,and residential areas.In the design stage,ecological,aesthetic,and cost considerations should be integrated by optimizing plant selection to enhance winter visual appeal and reduce maintenance costs.During construction,context-specific measures such as soil improvement,precise planting,and smart irrigation ought to be adopted according to site conditions.The maintenance phase calls for establishing a data-driven dynamic management approach combined with community participation to ensure long-term governance.In conclusion,future development of flower borders should leverage digitalization and ecological technologies to establish standardized plant configuration modules and intelligent maintenance platforms,thereby making flower borders a crucial form of green infrastructure for enhancing urban ecological resilience and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
