摘要
给予2024年3月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的1例多发Ⅳ期压力性损伤伴感染的高龄衰弱患者在控制感染、加强营养等对症支持治疗基础上,应用创疡再生医疗技术与负压封闭引流(VSD)序贯治疗骶尾部创面、单纯应用创疡再生医疗技术治疗双足创面,治疗第31天,右足创面愈合;治疗第58天,左足创面愈合;治疗第90天,骶尾部创面愈合。
An elderly frail patient with multiple stageⅣpressure injuries complicated with infection was admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in March 2024.On the basis of symp-tomatic supportive treatments including infection control and adequate nutritional support,the patient received sequential therapy of the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)for the sacrococ-cygeal wound,and the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers alone for the bilateral foot wounds.The right foot wound healed on day 31 of treatment,the left foot wound healed on day 58 of treatment,and the sacrococcygeal wound healed on day 90 of treatment.
