摘要
中西医结合在肿瘤治疗中展现出显著的潜力,但面临跨学科认知差异与系统整合障碍。研究聚焦跨专业双能肿瘤内科医学生培养模式构建,针对现有培养体系的不足,以中西医结合为导向的教学改革方案,通过整合中西医肿瘤学核心内容、创新多元教学方法、建立多维评估体系,着力培养兼具中西医临床思维、团队协作与科研创新能力的复合型人才,为医学教育改革提供实证参考。
The integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine demonstrates significant potential in oncology treatment,yet it faces challenges such as interdisciplinary cognitive differences and systemic integration barriers.This study focuses on constructing a training model for interprofessional dual-cisciplinary oncology medical students.Addressing the shortcomings of the existing training system,it proposes a teaching reform plan oriented toward integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.By integrating the core content of traditional Chinese and Western medical oncology,innovating diverse teaching methods,and establishing a multidimensional evaluation system,the model aims to cultivate versatile talents equipped with clinical thinking in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine,along with teamwork and scientific research innovation capabilities,thereby providing empirical reference for medical education reform.
