摘要
目的:观察中药扶正化瘀方联合针灸疗法促进右侧输卵管积水的吸收与复通的效果。方法:报道1例因“反复下腹疼痛6个月,加重3天”入院的右侧输卵管积水患者。入院后在常规抗感染基础上,予口服扶正化瘀方,并配合中药灌肠、针灸及中药封包外敷,连续治疗14天。结果:治疗后患者下腹痛明显减轻,白带量减少;超声复查提示输卵管积液显著吸收,通畅度改善。随访8个月未见复发。结论:中药扶正化瘀方联合针灸疗法可发挥扶正祛邪、温经散寒、活血化瘀、改善盆腔微循环的作用,有助于促进输卵管积液的吸收与管腔复通,为该病的中西医结合治疗提供了临床参考。
Objective:To observe the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula"Fuzheng Huayu"combined with acupuncture therapy in promoting the absorption and recanalization of right hydrosalpinx.Methods:A case of right hydrosalpinx was reported,admitted due to"recurrent lower abdominal pain for 6 months,aggravated for 3 days".After admission,based on routine anti-infection treatment,the patient received oral administration of the"Fuzheng Huayu"formula,supplemented with TCM enema,acupuncture,and external application of TCM herbal packs for 14 consecutive days.Results:After treatment,the patient's lower abdominal pain was significantly relieved,and the volume of leukorrhea decreased.Follow-up ultrasound examination indicated significant absorption of the fallopian tube effusion and improved patency.No recurrence was observed during an 8-month follow-up period.Conclusion:The combination of the"Fuzheng Huayu"formula and acupuncture therapy can exert effects such as reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogens,warming the meridians to dispel cold,activating blood circulation to resolve stasis,and improving pelvic microcirculation.This approach helps promote the absorption of fallopian tube effusion and recanalization of the lumen,providing a clinical reference for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this condition.
