摘要
为评价矾吡草唑施用后对水生生态的安全性,采用化学农药环境安全评价试验准则推荐的方法开展了其对近头状尖胞藻、浮萍和穗状狐尾藻等3种水生生物的毒性效应研究。结果表明,矾吡草唑对3种水生植物具有程度不同的抑制作用,且表现出明显的剂量-效应关系。矾吡草唑对近头状尖胞藻的4d-ErC50和4d-EyC50为0.00330~0.0107mg/L,对小浮萍的7d-EC50和7d-EyC50为0.00121~0.00754mg/L,对穗状狐尾藻的14d-EC50和14d-EyC50为0.960~4.505mg/L说明水生植物对矾吡草唑较敏感,应避免该除草剂直接施用于水体环境中,以免造成对生态植物的潜在影响。
To assess the aquatic ecological safety after the application of pyroxasulfone,a study on its toxic effects on three aquatic species—Raphidocelis subcapitata,Lemna minor,and Myriophyllum spicatum—was conducted using the methods recommended by the Chemical Pesticide Environmental Safety Assessment Test Guidelines.The results indicated that pyroxasulfone exhibited varying degrees of inhibitory effects on the three aquatic plants,demonstrating a clear dose-effect relationship.The 4-day ErC50 and EyC50 values for R.subcapitata ranged from 0.00330 to 0.0107 mg/L;the 7-day ErC50and EyC50 values for L.minor ranged from 0.00121 to 0.00754 mg/L;and the 14-day ErC50 and EyC50 values for M.spicatum ranged from 0.960 to 4.505 mg/L.These findings suggested that aquatic plants are sensitive to pyroxasulfone,and direct application of this herbicide into aquatic environments should be avoided to prevent potential impacts on ecological plants.
