摘要
通过对航空发动机机匣车间的生产现状进行深入调研和分析,发现存在生产效率低下以及对异常事件的容错能力不足等问题。为满足对机匣高精度、高效加工的需求,构建了以最小化完工时间、最小化设备负荷以及最小化总设备负荷为优化目标的机匣车间多目标静态调度模型;应用改进NSGA-Ⅲ对该模型进行求解,实现了高效的静态调度策略;为应对生产过程中的常见扰动,采用基于事件驱动的多目标动态决策,通过重调度生成动态调度方案,进而增强车间生产的稳定性。机匣车间的生产动态调度研究不仅提高了机匣车间的生产效率,也为航空发动机制造领域的数字化转型提供了重要参考。
Through in-depth research and analysis of the production status in the aerospace engine casing workshop,it is found that there are issues such as low production efficiency and insufficient fault tolerance to abnormal events.To meet the demand for high-precision and efficient machining of engine casings,a multi-objective static scheduling model for the casing workshop is constructed with the optimization objectives of minimizing completion time,minimizing equipment load,and minimizing total equipment load.By applying an improved NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm to solve this model,an efficient static scheduling strategy is achieved.Lastly,to address common disturbances in the production process,a multi-objective dynamic decision-making method based on event-driven approaches is adopted to generate dynamic scheduling schemes through rescheduling,thereby enhancing the stability of workshop production.The research on production scheduling in the casing workshop not only improves the production efficiency of the workshop but also provides important references for the digital transformation in the field of aerospace engine manufacturing.
