摘要
职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划是深化校企协同育人、优化职业教育类型定位的创新举措。面向高职层次现场工程师培养,首先需明确其多维复合型技术技能人才定位,聚焦能力属性、工作场域与组织角色三个维度,构建系统化管控能力与创新性解决问题能力协同发展的核心能力框架。在此基础上,围绕产业与岗位双耦合、学校与企业双主体、标准与评价双引领、工作与学习双场域等关键环节,系统建构产教深度融合的校企协同育人模式。高职现场工程师系统化培养应从六个方面推进:构建一套融合标准体系;创新双元组织保障机制;实施三岗融合人才培养;重构四阶递进课程体系;实施五层学岗对接改革;形成六环质量监控保障。
The special training program for on-site engineers in vocational education represents an innovative initiative aimed at deepening school-enterprise collaborative education and optimizing the positioning of vocational education types.For the cultivation of on-site engineers at the higher vocational level,it is essential to firstly clarify their positioning as multi-dimensional,compound technical and skilled talents,focusing on three dimensions:capability attributes,work settings and organizational roles,to construct a core competency framework that facilitates the coordinated development of systematic management and control capabilities and innovative problem-solving abilities.Based on this,a school-enterprise collaborative education model featuring in-depth industry-education integration should be systematically constructed around key aspects such as dual coupling of industry and job positions,dual subjects of schools and enterprises,dual guidance of standards and evaluations,and dual settings of work and learning.The systematic cultivation of on-site engineers in higher vocational education should be advanced through six aspects:establishing an integrated standard system;innovating dual-organization guarantee mechanisms;implementing triple-position integrated talent cultivation;reconstructing a four-stage progressive curriculum system;implementing five-tier alignment reforms between learning and job positions;and forming a six-link quality monitoring and assurance system.
