摘要
随着全球气候变化的加剧和“双碳”目标的提出,绿色建筑逐渐成为建筑行业的发展趋势。在我国广大农村地区,传统农宅的建设与改造面临着节能减排、提升居住品质的双重挑战。以天水市秦州区张吴山村的绿色农宅项目为例,研究了我国新农村建设的背景,分析了农村住宅的现状和问题,探讨了绿色农宅的设计理念与实践,为新农村建设的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。
Against the backdrop of escalating global climate change and the proposal of China's“dual carbon”goals,green building has increasingly become a central trend in the construction sector.In China's vast rural areas,the construction and renovation of traditional rural housing face dual challenges:improving energy efficiency and reducing emissions,while enhancing living standards.Using the green rural housing project in Zhangwushan Village,Qinzhou District,Tianshui City,as a case study,this paper examines the context of China's new rural construction,analyzes current conditions and problems of rural housing,and explores relevant design concepts and practices.The findings aim to inform and support sustainable development in new rural construction.
