摘要
为科学核算建筑工程项目建造阶段碳排放基准线,明确碳排放控制边界与量化标准,解决当前行业内基准线编制中统计范围不统一、数据样本代表性不足、核算方法碎片化等问题,以928个建筑工程项目碳排放数据为研究样本,基于对数正态分布模型构建了建造阶段碳排放基准线计算方法,并测算出不同类型房屋建筑工程的单位产值和单位面积的碳排放基准值,结果表明不同类型建筑碳排放基准值差异较大,商业项目单位产值总碳排放基准值最高(1418.4 kgCO_(2)/万元),交通建筑的单位面积总碳排放基准值最高(832.2 kgCO_(2)/m^(2))。研究成果可作为建筑工程项目建造阶段碳排放核算的量化依据,为自愿碳减排量计算提供数据支撑,同时为建筑企业制定碳减排目标与技术路径提供参考。
This study aims to establish a scientifically robust carbon emission baseline for the construction phase of building construction projects and clarify carbon emission control boundaries and quantitative standards,addressing issues in the current industry such as inconsistent accounting boundaries,unrepresentative data,and fragmented methodologies prevalent in current practice.Based on a sample of 928 building projects,a calculation method for the carbon emission baseline in the construction phase was developed using a log-normal distribution model,yielding baseline values for carbon emissions per unit output value and per unit floor area across different building types.Results indicate significant differences in carbon emission baseline values across building types.Commercial projects exhibit the highest emission intensity per unit output value(1,418.4 kgCO_(2)/10,000 CNY),while transportation buildings show the highest intensity per unit floor area(832.2 kgCO_(2)/m^(2)).The research results can serve as a quantitative benchmark for construction-phase carbon emission accounting,supply critical data for calculating voluntary carbon emission reductions,and offer references for construction enterprises to formulate carbon emission reduction targets and plan technical pathways.
