Cr对Ti微合金钢相变动力学和组织性能的影响

摘要 Ti微合金化技术具有优异的强化效果和显著的成本优势,近年来在热轧高强钢领域得到了广泛应用。热轧Ti微合金钢中通常添加Nb、Mo等元素进行析出和组织调控,从而实现较为稳定的性能控制,但也明显提高了合金成本。为进一步降低成本,采用价格相对较低的Cr来替代Nb、Mo,逐渐成为研究的新方向。基于热模拟试验研究,充分考虑热轧过程中的高温奥氏体化和动态轧制变形,揭示了不同Cr含量对Ti微合金钢相变动力学和组织性能的影响规律。结果表明:Cr的添加对Ti微合金钢铁素体相变起到了反常的加速效应,同时抑制Ti在奥氏体和铁素体中的析出,导致其晶粒尺寸和硬度呈现较为复杂的变化趋势。 Ti micro-alloying technology has significant strengthening effect and low-cost advantage,thus it has been widely applied in the field of hot-rolled high-strength steels.To achieve stable mechanical properties,elements such as Nb and Mo are often added to Ti micro-alloying steels,for a better control of precipitation and microstructure.However,this also increases alloy costs significantly.Recently,Cr is used to replace Nb and Mo because of its cost-saving property.This study reveals the effects of Cr content on the phase transformation kinetics and microstructure of Ti microalloyed steels,based on thermal simulation experiment.High temperature austenitization and dynamic deformation were applied to simulate the hot-rolling process in the experiment.The results show that the addition of Cr exerts an abnormal accelerating effect on the ferrite phase transformation,while suppresses Ti precipitation in both austenite and ferrite.This leads to a complex dependence of microstructure and hardness on increasing Cr content.
