摘要
为给寿阳县新建西洛灌区工程提供决策依据,对工程取水断面处的径流量进行了详细计算,在计算时依次考虑了蔡庄水库一工程取水断面区间的天然径流、蔡庄水库的河道生态供水量和弃水量以及2个污水处理厂的再生水量对工程取水断面处径流的影响,计算出了不同保证率下的径流量。通过合理性分析,计算结果较合理,为工程项目决策提供了可靠依据。
In order to provide decision-making basis for the new Xiluo Irrigation District Project in Shouyang County,the detailed calculation of the runoff at the water diversion section was carried out.In the calculation,the natural runoff in the section between Caizhuang Reservoir and the water diversion section of the project,the river ecological water supply and abandoned water from Caizhuang Reservoir,and the reclaimed water from two wastewater treatment plants were successively considered for their impact on the runoff at the water diversion section.The runoff under different assurance rates was calculated.The rationality analysis shows that the calculation results are reasonable,providing a reliable basis for project decision-making.
