摘要
在高校图书馆服务创新不断深化的背景下,游戏化因其互动性与趣味性逐渐成为提升服务质量的有效策略。为了解高校图书馆游戏化服务现状,采用网络调研法与文献调研法,对39所“985工程”高校图书馆的游戏化服务开展情况进行调查。以调研数据为基础,一方面,从游戏角度入手,依据游戏设计规则,将高校图书馆游戏化服务类型分为游戏元素嵌入型和完整游戏体验型,分析各自特点。另一方面,基于图书馆服务视角,对游戏化服务的方向进行总结概括。调研表明,图书馆开展的游戏化服务存在知名度和影响力有待提升,侧重外在激励、忽视内在动机,宣传渠道单一、缺乏有效推广,游戏空间量少、类型分布趋同等问题。优化建议如下:引入专业人才,成立游戏化团队;注重游戏化乐趣,激发用户内在动机;突破传统模式,线上线下并重互补;优化空间结构,打造多功能游戏空间。
In the context of deepening service innovation in university libraries,gamification has gradually become an effective strategy to improve service quality due to its interactivity and fun.In order to understand the sta-tus quo of gamification service in university libraries,the paper adopts the network research method and literature re-search method to investigate the gamification service development in 39 libraries of“985 project”universities.Based on the research data,on the one hand,the paper starting from the game perspective and based on the game design rules,divided the types of gamification services in university libraries into game elements embedded type and com-plete game experience type,and analyzed their respective characteristics.On the other hand,based on the library service perspective,the direction of gamification service is summarized.The research shows that the gamification services carried out by libraries have such problems as visibility and influence to be improved,focusing on external incentives and neglecting internal motivation,single publicity channel and lack of effective promotion,small amount of game space and convergence in the distribution of game types,and so on.The optimization suggestions are as fol-lows:introducing professional talents and setting up a gamification team;focusing on the fun of gamification and stim-ulating users’intrinsic motivation;breaking through the traditional mode and complementing online and offline;opti-mizing the space structure and creating a multi-functional gaming space.
