长厚砂土层中深桩基施工对紧邻高铁周边土体的扰动研究

摘要 随着中国高铁运营里程增长,邻近高铁施工的工程日益增多。传统高铁桥梁监测多聚焦桥梁自身位移与变形,却忽视了桥墩周边土体长期作用是诱发桥梁位移的核心因素。以海太过江通道项目K40+787.124~K42+287.134施工标段为工程背景,对2#墩钻孔灌注桩施工过程进行数值模拟,结合现场监测数据,分析邻近既有高铁线钻孔灌注桩施工的土体扰动效应。结果表明:施工过程中,土体水平位移均呈现两端趋近于零、中间向桩身收敛的变化趋势,且伴随交替反向水平位移变化;受不同土层等因素影响,桩周土体扰动程度沿深度存在差异;通过控制泥浆护壁、钻进速度等指标,桩周土体位移和施工对两侧高铁线既有桩基产生的扰动均处于可控范围,施工安全可靠。 As China′s high-speed railway network expands,construction projects near high-speed railway lines are increasing.Conventional monitoring of high-speed railway bridges primarily focuses on the displacement and deformation of the bridge structure itself,yet overlooks the fact that the long-term effects of the soil around the piers are the core factors inducing bridge displacement.Taking the construction section from K40+787.124 to K42+287.134 of the Haitai River Crossing Project as the engineering context,numerical simulations of the construction process for bored cast-in-place piles at Pier No.2 was conducted.Combined with field monitoring data,the soil disturbance effects induced by bored cast-in-place pile construction adjacent to an operating high-speed railway line were analyzed.The results show that,during construction,the horizontal displacement of the soil exhibits a pattern in which movements at both ends approach zero while the mid-section converges toward the pile shaft,accompanied by alternating reversals in horizontal displacement direction.Due to variations in soil strata and other factors,the degree of soil disturbance around the pile differs across depth.By controlling parameters such as slurry support and drilling speed,both the soil displacement around pile and the disturbance caused by construction to the existing pile foundations of the adjacent high-speed railway lines remain within manageable limits,ensuring safe and reliable construction.
