摘要
载体桩由桩端下载体与桩身构成,载体由夯实的水泥砂拌合物、挤密土体和影响土体组成。载体桩凭借桩端载体构造与载体施工过程中对桩端土体的挤密作用,在抗拔方面展现出显著优势。针对现浇载体桩与预制空心内夯载体桩施工工艺,研究了桩长、填料、桩端构造等因素对其抗拔承载力的影响,揭示了载体的扩展锚固作用机理。通过引入等效直径概念,建立了载体桩抗拔承载力估算模型及计算公式。基于北京、沧州两地实际工程中现浇载体桩与预制空心内夯载体桩的现场试验数据分析,验证了载体桩抗拔技术方案的可行性,同时证实了其抗拔性能的有效性。
The ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base is consisted of ram-compacted bearing base and pile body,and ram-compacted bearing base includes cement-sand mixture,compacted soil mass and affects soil mass.The ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base demonstrates significant advantages in uplift due to special structure of ram-compacted bearing base and the soil compaction effect at the pile tip during construction.For construction process of cast-in-place ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base and precast hollow tamped ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base,the influence of pile length,fill material,and pile tip configuration on their uplift bearing capacity was investigated,revealing the mechanism of expansive anchoring effect of ram-compacted bearing base.By introducing the concept of equivalent diameter,an estimation model and calculation formula for the uplift bearing capacity of ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base were established.Based on field test data analysis of cast-in-place ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base and precast hollow tamped ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base from actual projects in Beijing and Cangzhou,the feasibility of uplift technical solution of the ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base has been validated,while simultaneously confirming the effectiveness of its uplift performance.
