摘要
上海南翔印象城平面尺寸达280m×200m,地面以上通过设置防震缝将建筑切分为4个独立单体,各单体均采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。分析了桩基施工后建筑方案调整带来的基础设计需求转变及原桩基方案的设计抗浮能力,采取多种措施挖掘和利用桩基的抗浮潜能,解决了施工现场难以补桩的难题。论述了玻璃盒子、屋顶跑道、大跨钢结构等特色钢结构的关键设计问题,在确保结构安全的前提下最大程度实现建筑师的设计需求。目前项目已建成,运营良好,验证了以上几个关键问题的结构解决方案的可行性。
Shanghai Nanxiang Incity has a planar dimension of 280m×200m.Above ground level,the building is divided into four separate units by seismic joints,and each unit adopts a reinforced concrete frame structure system.Focusing on the significant architectural design alterations after pile installation,the changes in foundation design requirements and the anti-buoyancy capacity of the existing piles were analyzed.Multiple measures were implemented to explore and utilize the anti-buoyancy potential of pile foundations,resolving the challenge of difficult pile supplementation at the construction site.The key design issues of the featured steel structure such as the glass box,roof runway and large-span steel structures were discussed,maximizing the realization of the architect’s design requirements on the premise of ensuring structural safety.The project has been successfully completed and is operating well,which verifies the feasibility of the structural solutions to the above key issues.
