广州某超高层混合结构设计与关键技术分析

摘要 为提升广州某超高层建筑(主体高度284.4m,属超B级高度)的结构刚度并协调其两向动力特性,针对其钢管混凝土框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构体系及Y向高宽比达17.9的特点,开展了结构方案设计与分析论证。通过多轮方案比选,加强层采用3道不封闭腰桁架结合1道封闭腰桁架的结构方案。为全面验证结构性能,进行了整体弹性计算、弹性时程分析、性能化设计验算以及罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,并对斜柱及其关键节点进行了专项有限元分析。此外,依据实际施工顺序完成了施工模拟分析,以精确考虑收缩、徐变等长期荷载效应。结果表明,该结构体系各项指标均满足规范与预设性能目标要求,在罕遇地震下具备良好的弹塑性变形能力;所提加强层方案有效提升了结构整体刚度与两向动力协调性,通过系统分析与专项验算表明了结构安全可靠。 To enhance the structural stiffness and coordinate the two-directional dynamic characteristics of a super high-rise building in Guangzhou(main structure height 284.4m,classified as super grade B height),structural design and analysis were conducted for its steel-concrete composite frame-concrete core tube system with a Y-direction height-to-width ratio of 17.9.Through scheme comparison,the strengthening layer adopts the structural scheme of three-layer unclosed waist truss combined with one-layer closed waist truss.To comprehensively validate structural performance,overall elastic calculations,elastic time-history analysis,performance-based design verification and elastoplastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were conducted.Specialized finite element analyses were also performed on inclined columns and their critical joints.Additionally,construction simulation analysis was completed based on the actual construction sequence to accurately account for long-term load effects such as shrinkage and creep.Results indicate that all performance metrics of this structural system meet code requirements and predetermined performance targets,demonstrating excellent elastic-plastic deformation capacity under rare earthquakes.The proposed strengthening layer scheme effectively enhances overall structural stiffness and bidirectional dynamic coordination.Through systematic analysis and specialized verification,the structure was confirmed to be safe and reliable.
