某超高层塔楼结构体系的分析与研究

摘要 某超高层建筑总高度192m,采用斜撑框架-核心筒结构体系,并在中高区避难层设置伸臂桁架和环带桁架作为加强层,高区体型收进部位采用搭接块转换方案。与传统混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系设计不同,工程创新性地在建筑两侧山墙位置的框架柱之间增设钢斜撑,既满足了建筑的使用功能,同时其作为结构的抗侧力构件,又能够在不增加结构自重的前提下有效地提高结构的抗侧刚度。针对钢斜撑、搭接块等关键部位,通过对结构体系对比、传力路径、内力等进行了深入的研究分析,并根据分析结果采取设置内置型钢和增大配筋率等加强措施,从而保证整体结构的安全性、合理性。 A 192m super high-rise building adopts the braced frame-core tube structure system.The outrigger truss and belt truss were set in the middle and high areas as the strengthened stories.The lapping block transfer scheme was adopted for the setback position in the high area.Different from the design of traditional concrete frame-core tube structure system,this project creatively added steel braces between the frame columns on both sides of the building gable walls,which not only satisfied the architecture requirements,but also served as a lateral force resistant component of the structure,effectively improving the lateral stiffness of the structure without increasing its own weight.According to structural system comparison,force transmission path,internal force,etc.,the key parts such as steel braces and lapping block,were deeply studied and taken strengthen measures,such as setting built-in steel and increasing the reinforcement ratio,so as to ensure the safety and rationality of the overall structure.
