摘要
针对转向架构架服役时受多学科耦合及不确定性因素影响运行安全的问题,提出一种基于组合代理模型的多学科可靠性设计优化方法,以提升求解效率的同时实现学科解耦和性能提高.以质量为系统级优化目标,以静强度、刚度和振动可靠性为子系统级优化目标实现学科拆解.基于APDL语言建立参数化模型,考虑变量不确定性,利用灵敏度分析和试验设计获得各学科主要设计变量及其试验样本,通过组合代理模型对各学科样本进行响应拟合以提高精度,以此开展各学科可靠性分析.结合可靠性理论与协同优化方法构建转向架构架多学科可靠性设计优化模型,并利用Matlab与Isight平台联合仿真完成模型的搭建和求解,得到最优设计方案,从而提升转向架构架的综合性能.
To address the issue of operational safety for the bogie frame during service under the influence of multidisciplinary coupling and uncertain factors,a multidisciplinary reliability design optimization method based on ensemble surrogate models is proposed,aiming to improve solution efficiency while achieving disciplinary decoupling and performance enhancement.With mass as the system-level optimization objective and static strength,stiffness and vibration reliability as the subsystem-level optimization objectives,disciplinary decomposition is realized.A parametric model is established based on the APDL language,considering variable uncertainties.Sensitivity analysis and design of experiments are used to obtain the main design variables and their experimental samples for each discipline.An ensemble surrogate model is employed to perform response fitting on the disciplinary samples to improve accuracy,thereby conducting reliability analysis for each discipline.Combining reliability theory and collaborative optimization methods,a reliability-based multidisciplinary design optimization model of the bogie frame is constructed.Co-simulation using the Matlab and Isight platforms completes the model setup and solution,yielding an optimal design scheme that enhances the comprehensive performance of the bogie frame.
