摘要
当下功能沙发正逐渐成为人们居家生活的热门坐具,优化功能沙发的坐感舒适性有助于提升用户体验,提高产品竞争力。针对功能沙发的坐感舒适性进行研究,将舒适性拆分为靠背与座面的舒适性,通过对青年人群沙发居家行为的拍摄与分析,总结出常用的沙发坐姿。通过采集不同体型与坐姿下的体压数据,研究不同坐姿与体型对坐感舒适性的影响,并结合体压指标,分析得出影响舒适性的因素。结果表明:使用者在采取自由调节坐姿时,靠背舒适性最高,采取上半身放松的自然坐姿时,靠背舒适性最低;坐姿对座面舒适性的影响较为显著,将功能沙发调节至最大范畴时座面舒适性最高,跷二郎腿坐于沙发上时座面舒适性最低;体型对舒适性影响较小,但不同体型者对靠背座面感受有差异;舒适度与软硬感、回弹性和包裹感均呈现较高的正相关性。
At present,functional sofas are gradually becoming popular seating furniture in people's home life.Optimizing the sitting comfort of functional sofas can help enhance user experience and improve product competitiveness.The sitting comfort of functional sofas is studied.The comfort is divided into the comfort of the backrest and the seat surface.Through the shooting and analysis of the sofa home behavior of young people,the commonly used sofa sitting postures are summarized.By collecting body pressure data under different body types and sitting postures,the influence of different sitting postures and body types on the sitting comfort was studied.Combined with the body pressure index,the factors affecting comfort were analyzed and obtained.The results show that when users adopt a freely adjustable sitting posture,the backrest comfort is the highest,and when they adopt a natural sitting posture with the upper body relaxed,the backrest comfort is the lowest.The influence of sitting posture on seat comfort is relatively significant.The seat comfort is the highest when the functional sofa is adjusted to the maximum range,and the seat comfort is the lowest when sitting with legs crossed on the sofa.Body type has a relatively small impact on comfort,but people of different body types have different feelings about the backrest seat surface.Comfort level shows a relatively high positive correlation with softness and hardness,resilience and wrapping sensation.
