摘要
大众对图书馆产生的整体主观感知与评价即图书馆的社会形象,而主流媒体则是塑造图书馆社会形象的重要媒介。为总结图书馆事业的发展成果、分析图书馆社会形象的阶段性特征与变化趋势,本研究基于对图书馆形象概念的解构,选取《人民日报》自1949年以来报道的新闻标题形成语料库,采用编码、关键词提取、词云构建等方法进行综合性文本分析,获得主流媒体对于图书馆形象报道的关注程度、类型倾向、地区偏好,分析图书馆形象的情感基调、议题分布、阶段特征,发现主流媒体中图书馆的基本社会形象包括机构形象、工具形象、服务形象、符号形象。为了更好地提升社会形象,图书馆应加强空间形象建设、转变市场竞争思维、推动布局平衡、设立专业宣传推广部门。图3。表4。参考文献35。
The public's overall subjective perception and evaluation of libraries constitute the social image of the library,and mainstream media serves as a crucial medium in shaping this image.To summarize the developmental achievements of the library cause and analyze the periodic characteristics and evolving trends of the library's social image,this study deconstructs the concept of library image and establishes a corpus of news headlines from the People's Daily published since 1949.Utilizing comprehensive text analysis methods-including coding,keyword extraction,and word cloud construction-this research identifies the level of attention,categorical inclinations,and regional preferences in mainstream media coverage.By analyzing the emotional tone,distribution of topics,and developmental stages,the study finds that the fundamental social image of libraries in mainstream media encompasses four dimensions:institutional image,instrumental image,service image,and symbolic image.To further enhance their social image,libraries should strengthen the construction of their spatial image,shift toward market-competitive thinking,promote a more balanced geographic distribution,and establish professional departments dedicated to public relations and promotion.3 figs.4 tabs.35 refs.
