摘要
本文以四氯化锆(ZrCl_(4))和对苯二甲酸(H_(2)BDC)为主要原料,利用溶剂热法合成锆基金属有机骨架(UiO-66),以UiO-66和钛酸四丁酯通过回流法和煅烧法合成复合光催化剂(TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66),探究其在紫外光照射下对甲基橙的降解率。利用SEM、TEM、XRD、FT-IR、XPS等对TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66进行形貌和性能表征,并利用UV-Vis,EPR对TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66能带结构和光催化机理进行分析。结果表明成功制备了具有异质结特征的TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66复合光催化剂。并研究了复合光催化剂(TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66)的摩尔比、煅烧时间等制备条件对光降解性能的影响,结果表明复合光催化剂Ti∶Zr为5∶1,煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧时间为2 h,制备的复合光催化剂催化降解甲基橙性能最好。复合光催化剂光降解率在80%~90%。
Zirconium-based metal-organic frameworks(UiO-66)from zirconium tetrachloride(ZrCl_(4))and terephthalic acid(H_(2)BDC)was synthesized using a solvothermal method.Composite photocatalysts(TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66)were then prepared by combining UiO-66 with titanium butoxide through reflux and calcination processes.The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of methyl orange under UV irradiation was evaluated.The morphology and properties of the photocatalyst were characterized using SEM,TEM,XRD,FT-IR,and XPS,while UV-Vis and EPR analyses clarified the band structure and photocatalytic mechanism.Results confirmed the successful fabrication of heterojunction-featured TiO_(2)/F-UiO-66 composites.The effects of preparation conditions,including molar ratio(Ti:Zr)and calcination parameters,on photocatalytic performance were investigated.The optimal photocatalyst was obtained at a Ti:Zr molar ratio of 5:1,calcination temperature of 500℃,and calcination time of 2 hours,achieving a degradation efficiency of 80%~90%.
