摘要
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是临床常见的疾病,在全球范围内具有较高的感染率,西药治疗存在诸多不足。近年来中医药疗法被广泛应用于Hp感染相关疾病且疗效显著,中医外治法作为中医药疗法中的特色方法,具有安全、高效、不良反应少的特点。目前报道的治疗Hp感染的中医外治法包括针刺、艾灸、穴位埋线、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、穴位注射、中药热熨等,其中艾灸又包括艾炷灸、艾条灸、温针灸、温灸器灸。参考文献47篇。
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is a common clinical disease with a high infection rate worldwide.Western medicine treatment has many deficiencies.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy has been widely used in Hp infection-related diseases and has achieved remarkable efficacy.TCM external treatment methods,as a distinctive approach in TCM therapy,have the characteristics of safety,high efficiency,and fewer adverse reactions.Currently,the TCM external treatment methods for Hp infection include acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint application,auricular bean pressing,acupoint injection,and Chinese herbal hot ironing and so on.Among them,moxibustion includes moxa cone moxibustion,moxa stick moxibustion,warm needle moxibustion,and warm moxibustion with moxibustion device.There are 47 references.
