摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生是一种慢性、难治性消化系统疾病,临床上多有脾胃虚弱、木虚土乘、情绪焦虑的病理特点。其病机为神机失调、肝失疏泄、脾胃虚弱,故参考单氏疏肝调神针法,创“健脾疏肝调神法”针灸综合治疗。该法以补虚泻实、调和阴阳为治则,取百会、印堂、神庭、内关、太冲、中脘、梁门、上脘、下脘、公孙、太白、足三里、解溪等穴,随症加减,主张针感舒适、补泻得当,旨在以调神为主导,疏泻肝气之郁滞,固补脾胃之后天。附验案一则。
Chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is a chronic and intractable digestive disease,which is clinically characterised by weakness of the spleen and stomach,deficient earth being subjugated by wood,and emotional anxiety.The pathogenesis is characterized by dysfunction of the vital energy mechanism,the liver’s failure of governing conveyance and dispersion,and weakness of the spleen and stomach.Therefore,based on the Shan’s method of soothing the liver and regulating spirit,a new acupuncture treatment method of“strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver and regulating the spirit”is created,which combines acupuncture and moxi⁃bustion.This method follows the principle of tonifying deficiency and eliminating excess,and harmonizing yin and yang.It selects acupoints such as Baihui(DU20),Yintang(EX-HN3),Shenting(DU24),Neiguan(PC6),Taichong(LR3),Zhongwan(RN12),Liangmen(ST21),Shangwan(RN13),Xiawan(RN10),Gongsun(SP4),Taibai(SP3),Zusanli(ST36),Jiexi(ST41),etc.,and makes adjustments according to the symptoms.It advocates a comfortable sensation from the needles,and properly tonifying and purging,aiming at regulating the spirit as a guide,reducing the stagnation of the liver qi,and tonifying the spleen and stomach.One test case is attached.
